Terms and Conditions

SCA Performance reserves the right to change its policies at any time and without warning.

Warranty policy

All SCA Performance products carry a 1-year warranty for material and/or workmanship. If SCA Performance determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in material or workmanship, SCA Performance will honor your warranty claim. In some cases, the product will replaced, depending on the specific timeframe of the purchase. If the product is repaired, all parts, labor, and return shipping may be covered by SCA Performance.  

For replacement parts, SCA Performance will charge your card the cost of the replacement part plus shipping when the part is shipped.  SCA Performance will credit the entire cost of the replacement part once defective part has been returned. 

All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:

  • Negligence: Improper installation, improper use, etc.
  • Abuse: Road hazards, Damage beyond the limits of "normal wear and tear."
  • Unauthorized Repair: Repair service performed by an unauthorized service center.
  • For non-proprietary products, SCA Performance will uphold the manufacturer’s warranty.

RETURN POLICY

SCA Performance products may be returned only with a valid Return Authorization Number and if upon arrival they are damaged. During shipping, scrapes and scratches may occur.

*Package must be inspected for damages prior to signing receipt of goods.  If necessary, damage claim must be filed with freight company prior to driver departure.

If the scrapes, scratches, etc. are present, you must fill out an online Return Authorization Request including pictures of damages and copy of freight company Bill of Lading with damage claim number. Once received, SCA Performance will determine the next course of action. 

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the product(s) being received to be considered. 

When returning a defective or damaged product, SCA Performance will arrange a pick up date.  The product(s) must be packaged in the same manner as received.

When returning a non-warranty product, customer is responsible for shipping of part(s) back to SCA Performance.

Customers may choose to bring product(s) to our warehouse and MUST call 24 hours prior to arrange drop off time.

REFUND POLICY

SCA Performance is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item WITHIN 30 DAYS for an exchange or refund.

Simply contact our store or by phone (205.655.1063) to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A (25%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item(s) is repacked properly & items are in as new condition)
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $(25.00).
  • Refunds are only processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.  Please allow 30 - 45 days for refund credits to appear.
  • Timing for credit to appear on credit card statements may vary by card issuer and may not show up until the next billing cycle statement even after refund processing time described above.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to and from SCA Performance is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. This is inclusive of Returns.

Due to the custom nature of SCA Performance products, please allow 7-10 business days from the time of purchase for your order to ship.

For all other parts orders, if for any reason the lead time for your order extends past the normal 7-10 business days, you will be notified by email.

Due to the oversized shipping dimensions of SCA bumpers, you must call in to have a custom freight quote calculated for shipping to your specified location.  Freight charges will be added to the cost of the bumper, as well as any other parts included in purchase.

PAINTED PARTS POLICY

Please allow an additional 5 business days for processing of painted parts orders. 

Color matching may not be exact depending on factors such as but not limited to age of vehicle, fading due to prolonged ultraviolet exposure, etc.
